This is the booklet published in Italy by Fratelli Fabbri Editori in 1987 to which a cassette version of Ghosts was attached. Since these are scans of photocopies (provided by Filippo Borromeo) they are reproduced in grayscale, and I have also darkened some of the images to make the text easier to read.
